The Intensive Care Unit

Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides high quality medical nursing and all other multidisciplinary services to patients who typically have one or more organ systems failures. This takes continuous assessment, monitoring and support to prevent life-threatening deterioration.

The Acute Admissions Unit

Our Acute Admissions Unit (AAU) serves as an entry-point for patients – providing services to patients who need immediate evaluation or admission for diagnostic tests or acute medical/surgical conditions 24/7. Our patients here require urgent, but not emergency treatment.

Advanced Critical Care Practitioner

Our Advanced Critical Care Practitioners are clinical ICU professionals who have developed their skills and theoretical knowledge to a very high standard. They make high-level clinical decisions and specialise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
