IT Programme Management Office

As a member of this team, you’ll be responsible for overall IT programme and project delivery. This involves balancing key processes like change, risk and issue, and portfolio management as well as adhering to the budget.

Applications

In our Applications team, you’ll manage our core clinical and business applications, which cover our inpatient, outpatient, revenue cycle, as well as our financial, HR and administrative systems. You’ll work together with both our Cleveland and offshore-based build teams, alongside third party vendors.

Clinical Informatics

Working in the Clinical Informatics team involves prioritising and providing governance around key changes to our IT systems. You’ll also provide comprehensive IT training and clinical end user at-the-elbow support. You’ll work closely with our clinical governance groups to translate our business requirements into IT initiatives.

It’s crucial that all our IT systems meet GDPR guidelines, from both a Caregiver and patient perspective. In our Information Security team, you’ll be collaborating closely with the technology team to ensure our systems are managed appropriately and to ensure the risk to both our patients and ourselves in every decision we take is minimal.
