Our Disease & Surgery Institute will provide patients with the most advanced level of medical and surgical care, primarily focused on the safe and proven treatment of disorders related to the gastrointestinal tract. Surgical specialties including ENT, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, and Urology will provide surgical services in outpatients as well as the hospital.
We aim to provide comprehensive assessment, imaging and treatment including proctology, functional bowel disorders, inflammatory bowel disease and cancer. Our Colorectal service is fully integrated with gastroenterology, involving regular MDT discussions of both malignant and benign cases. Consultants will have access to robotic technology, and there will be 24/7 support from Critical Care Consultants and Consultant Anaesthetists specialising in complex airway management.
