Talent

Our Talent team ensures that Cleveland Clinic London attracts and retains the best talent in the industry across all clinical, operational and administrative areas to help shape our growth and our culture. The team is partnering with stakeholders from across the UK and US business, collaborating with our RPO and Recruitment Marketing partners, and supporting suppliers to deliver an excellent recruitment experience.

Our Learning, Development & Engagement team partners with the organisation to conduct learning need analysis, designs and delivers innovative learning programmes and supports the engagement and growth of all our Caregivers.

Pay & Benefits

Our Pay & Benefits team’s objectives are to implement and frequently review all pay and benefits offered by Cleveland Clinic London, including salary management plans, recognition initiatives and programs including workplace pensions and PMI.
